Job Summary Cucina 38 (15 mins from Providence) is seeking a skilled and experienced bartender/server, well-versed in all aspects of restaurant and bar service with a good foundational knowledge of spirits, for their upscale, neighborhood Northern Italian eatery. Bartenders and servers are expected to be punctual and professional. Responsibilities Exemplify Cucina 38 standards, vision and mission Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into POS. Suggest wines and cocktails based on guest's preferences Prepare cocktails and bring knowledge and passion to exploring new menu items Perform station opening /closing duties each shift. Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant. Greet guests within 30 seconds of Guest sitting.
