As a Security Officer - Patrol in Bozeman, MT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule Fri: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Sat: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Sun: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards according to site procedures. Support retail loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and communicating with local authorities and/or emergency personnel when needed. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
