Job Description
Adelphi is seeking an experienced Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric care to adult patients with dual diagnoses in a residential setting in Kerr County, Texas. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations, deliver treatment, and provide emergency psychiatric services in compliance with state and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
•Must be a Licensed Physician in the State of Texas
•Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License from the Texas Medical Board with no sanctions
•Active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification
•Must be credentialed with hospitals utilized by the facility
•Current CPR certification (American Heart Association approved)
•Must complete all credentialing and clearance requirements prior to start
•All certifications must remain active throughout the assignment

Responsibilities
•Provide direct patient care, including psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and treatment
•Conduct face-to-face evaluations and ongoing patient monitoring
•Work with adult patients with dual diagnoses in a residential (inpatient) setting
•Respond to psychiatric emergencies, including emergency calls and restraints
•Ensure compliance with Agency policies, facility regulations, and all applicable guidelines
•Adhere to attendance and leave policies
•Perform duties consistent with those assigned to permanent physicians
•Complete additional duties as assigned
