Med/Surg - Nights

Schedule: Nights, On-call

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Flu vaccine is required.
• Must be willing to float if needed.
• Cannot have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility.

Compliance / Notes:

• Request for time off: No more than 3 days may be requested per contract.
• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply.
