Job Summary:
This Operating Room (OR) position is located in Glendale, Arizona. The role involves working in a mixed unit that includes operating room and post-anesthesia care unit patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position involves standard 8-hour day shifts along with call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; relevant certifications; valid license to work in the state of Arizona.
• Additional Information: Unit type includes Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Experience in Bariatric, Pediatric, Endoscopy, and ICU-level background is preferred. Must have proficiency with Cerner and Surginet electronic medical records systems. The assignment includes rotating weekend call every 6-7 weeks. Floating to other units within the healthcare organization may be required. A 2-day floor-specific orientation will be provided.
• When applicable, candidates should note that the hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts within a 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
