Junior QA Tester

About the Role We're hiring a Junior QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team supporting our virtual care platform. This role is ideal for someone starting out in software testing who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn how to test real-world web applications used by patients, doctors, and healthcare brokers. What You'll Do Manually test new features and bug fixes across web, mobile and workflow-driven applications Write and execute clear, repeatable test cases based on requirements and tickets Log detailed, reproducible bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots/logs Perform regression testing on existing features after changes are made Collaborate closely with developers and product to clarify requirements and edge cases Learn our multi-step workflow systems What We're Looking For Any experience testing software - professional, academic, personal projects, or informal QA work all count Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to finding issues Clear written communication - you can describe a bug so a developer can reproduce it without guesswork #J-18808-Ljbffr MyTelemedicine, Inc.
