Civil Engineer (PE)
An established multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to join its growing team in Northwest Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate commercial and residential development projects
- Prepare engineering calculations, plans, and technical documents
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies
- Conduct site visits and support construction-phase activities
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate CAD/BIM resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Experience with site development projects from design through construction
