Floating Maintenance Technician – Lebanon/Nashville Market
Home Base: Spring Hill Townhomes (Lebanon, TN)
$28/Hour + Full Benefits + Growth Opportunities
EPA Certification Required

Brookside is seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Nashville market, with Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon serving as your home base. This role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work alongside supportive teams across the market, helping maintain apartment homes, complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and ensure our communities remain safe and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to supervise vendors and ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers License
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls and perform physical tasks outdoors

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and oversee all property upkeep
• Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
• Manage preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards
• Coordinate vendor services
• Maintain inventory and manage maintenance budget
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests
