Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage restaurant staff
• Create schedules and effectively manage labor
• Maintain high standards for service, hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Handle guest concerns and ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, food and beverage costs, and operational expenses
• Work closely with ownership and the culinary team to improve restaurant performance
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain strong communication with the team
• Hold employees and management accountable to restaurant standards
• Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• General Manager or senior restaurant management experience strongly preferred
• Experience in  steakhouse, fine dining, or upscale restaurant operations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing and developing a restaurant team
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor control, inventory, and restaurant financial performance
• Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
