Compensation : $49–$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500–$1000/month for the first 3 months). Benefits:

- Safety : Ensure a clean, safe environment for all
- Client Engagement : Help clients with exercise guidance and support
- Promote FFC Programs : Build relationships and suggest relevant programs
- Deliver Quality Training : Help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Stay Informed : Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
- Maintain Certifications : Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date
- Support Events : Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs
