Caregiver

Pay ranges from $17- $21/ hour, based on experience, with the opportunities for shift differentials on evening and overnight shifts. Country Meadows is located in Frederick, MD. As key members of our direct-care team, Caregivers provide one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines, socialization and overall well-being. Current opportunities include Full-time 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and part-time 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Also, weekend only shifts for 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Our investment in you:

• Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Must be comfortable working in pet-friendly environment.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
