Job Summary and Qualifications The Nurse Manager for Invasive Cardiology will oversee the performance, daily operations, and activities within the Cath Lab and EP Lab, ensuring alignment with Senior Leadership's objectives. Set clear objectives to achieve department and health system goals. Manage departmental budget effectively. Ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations. Streamline daily operations for efficiency and effectiveness in achieving department objectives. Provide strong departmental leadership through the management of clinical and operations staff. What qualifications you will need: Required Education: BSN or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field. Preferred Education: MSN or Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field. Must obtain within 3 years of hire. Required License: RN or appropriate registry for Technologist. Required Certification: Certification in Leadership or Clinical Subspecialty required within 2 years of hire. Required Experience: Strong operational experience with a minimum of three years in technical and progressive leadership. Demonstrated excellence in managing staff and physician relationships, coupled with financial management skills, including budget development and productivity management. Proficiency in computer software programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems and Cardiovascular IT software.
