Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within an 18-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
- Float to inpatient units as needed through hospital shared staffing protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Epic EMR
- Ability to work in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Willingness to float to other inpatient units as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
- Experience with inpatient hospital shared staffing environments
- Travel therapy assignment experience
