We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Joliet Treatment Center in Joliet, Illinois. The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Supervisory experience preferred Corrections experience preferred Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Benefits Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Paid holidays Flexible Spending Account Continuing Education benefits Much more...
