Schedule: Compressed 12hr Shifts – Night shift availability only Pay Rate: $25 - $29 Hourly DOE Location: Hillsboro, OR Position Type: Full Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Principal Duties and Responsibilities Operates metrology tools, including electron microscopes, Focused Ion Beam and additional lab equipment to complete analytical requests in the client lab. Performs tests and sampling, including setup and operation of metrology equipment. Utilizes client software and equipment to complete tasks, support processes and product tracking. Provides reports and results of sampling and experiments. Performs PM, troubleshooting and minor maintenance of lab equipment. Requirements Excellent communication, lab protocol and time management skills. Must support 12hr compressed work week schedule. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environment, processes and equipment. Direct experience using metrology and/or electron microscopy equipment. A.S. or B.S. degree in STEM or related scientific fields. Physical Effort/Activities May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, and have ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
