Job Opportunity: Temp-to-Hire Legal Receptionist Location: Downtown Nashua, NH
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35-40 hours/week (Slight flexibility for the right candidate) Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour (Based on experience) Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to grow your career within the legal field? A reputable firm in downtown Nashua is seeking a dependable, organized, and polished Legal Receptionist to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent potential to transition into a permanent role and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and legal professionals with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and manage the general office email.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and data entry to support the legal and administrative teams.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage conference room schedules and assist with basic calendar management.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and legal correspondence, while managing outgoing deliveries.
- Experience: Previous reception, office, or administrative experience is required (prior experience in a legal environment is a plus!).
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Background Check: All talent must be willing to undergo a full background check prior to employment.
- Reliability: A professional demeanor and dependable attendance are essential.
