Full-Time | Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM One-on-One Private Duty Nursing New Graduates Welcome – Paid Training Provided

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a medically fragile patient in Whiteriver, Arizona .

We have an immediate full-time opening with a consistent three-day schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who wants a consistent daytime schedule while providing personalized care to one patient at a time in a home setting.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home

• Perform patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition

• Communicate effectively with the family and clinical team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License)

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Current BLS Certification (in-person required)

• Current TB Test (we can provide) or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months

• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Article 9 Training (assistance available)
