Work where you matter.A Brief Overview Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day oversight and operations of the program. What you will doEnsures clinical compliance with all regulatory agencies, governing health care delivery and the standards of accrediting bodies.Coordinates across clinical, operational, and administrative teams to promote quality care for patients.Acts as the main point of contact for community partners, executive leadership and external funding bodies.Maintains current knowledge base of clinical concepts, use of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and services, reimbursement issues and regulationsDemonstrates initiative in applying knowledge related to planning, operationalizing, and evaluating servicesManages, supervises and coordinates day-to-day operations of the program to include but not limited to financial management, staffing and services offered by the program. Duties are performed in such a manner as to ensure the clinic operates in an efficient cost-effective manner.Collects data, prepares reports, and analyzes statistics, and answers correspondence.Demonstrates initiative in applying knowledge relative to planning, operationalizing and evaluating services.Performs patient care activities as may be required.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
