Position: Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. The RN will support individuals and families across the continuum of care through effective case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with organizational standards and evidence-based practice.
• Administer medications and treatments, perform clinical procedures, and provide patient education.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Promote quality outcomes, patient safety, and culturally responsive care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives within the clinic.
• Advocate for patients and assist them in navigating the healthcare system.
• Provide guidance and support to ancillary staff and participate in the orientation of new team members.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Case management experience is required.
