Preference for candidate to be in the local Frisco, TX area, but will consider remote / work from home for the right candidate based within the US. You will design, develop, test, debug, and support deployment of web application software. Creativity in solving a variety of technical challenges is highly desirable.Job Responsibilities Include:Assist with development project tasks for .NET web applicationsEnhance existing product and create new featuresResolve issues with existing productParticipate in the end to end software development life cycle using Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development using the Microsoft C# .Net technology stack including: ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, IIS, SQL Server, and MS Windows ServersBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills:Ability to author SQL statements or stored procedures, and to create and modify tables and viewsFamiliarity with unit testing of .NET applicationsFront-end web UI development experience with HTML, Javascript, jQuery, JSON, libraries like KnockoutExperience with source code management using Git and Azure DevOpsKnowledge of Docker / containerization is considered a plusEnterprise System Development for applications hosted in a public cloud will be helpfulTrack record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projectsAbility to take full technical responsibility for the execution of specific projects or definable portions of larger projectsStrong problem-solving skillsProactive in clarifying assigned tasks and requirementsEffective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesAlso beneficial is any prior experience with one or more of the following: Octopus Deploy, New Relic for application monitoring, DevOps/Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, Job Scheduling with C# Hangfire, Development within a microservices architecture, and SharePointAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
