Job Requirements:

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (these skills are a plus but can be taught on the job).
• Motivated Self Starter.
• Must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Multi-task numerous responsibilities.
• Good customer service and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Structured organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Light accounts payable responsibilities.
• Support for primary purchasing agent.
• Manage credit card statements.
• Post invoices.
• Project Administrative duties.
• Back up for general administrative duties.
• Use of general office equipment.
