If you’re confident talking to people, enjoy helping customers, and like working in an energetic team environment, GLO Wisconsin is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our Milwaukee team.

This is a full-time, customer-facing position combining communication, service, and sales. You’ll receive hands-on training when you join, so we’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds who are ready to learn and develop.

The Role

You’ll work as part of our team representing client campaigns and creating a positive experience for customers from the first interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers and identifying their individual needs
• Providing clear information about current products, services, and promotions
• Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions
• Supporting new customer acquisition and sales activity
• Building positive relationships through strong communication
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the campaigns you represent
• Working toward individual and team goals
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a strong customer experience
