Shift Leader, Evening Member Services and Operations- Alumni/Wang

SHIFT LEADER, EVENING MEMBER SERVICES AND OPERATIONS - ALUMNI/WANG, DAPER Recreation will lead the customer service team on the day‑to‑day operations at the Alumni Pool & Wang Fitness Center. This position is responsible for ensuring facility access security and safety, supervising on‑shift staff, performing registrations for memberships and instructional programs, providing towel service, serving as a backup lifeguard, providing customer service support, and resolving conflict. Ultimately, this position will ensure all aspects of their shift run smoothly and effectively. The Shift Leader will be cross‑trained to work all frontline positions and must be open and flexible to work during all operational hours at both the Alumni/Wang Center and the Zesiger Center.
