Position Details Security Officer Patrol Support – Claude, TX. This part‑time unarmed patrol officer role involves routine patrols, remaining visible to deter security‑related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri: 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM Sat: 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior according to post instructions. Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, assisting with directional questions, and completing routine reports related to patrol findings, incidents, and/or client requests. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
