Insights Analyst - Automation & BI Expert

SquareTrade is seeking an Insights Analyst to join the Service Strategy & Operations Team in San Francisco. The role focuses on building automated reporting, monitoring, and alerting to improve visibility of operational performance and customer experience. You will develop Power BI dashboards and work with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain to quantify impact and drive improvements.
