Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience, with PreK–6 preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, speech and language evaluations, and direct therapy
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small educational team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across PreK–6th grade
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of programs
