ProShot Media is a product photography studio in Downtown LA. We shoot professional product photos for e-commerce and Amazon brands. Description We're hiring a motivated associate who is looking to train and develop their skills to eventually lead our product photography studio. The right person will be developed over time to eventually take ownership of the entire photography studio, with pay increasing at each stage as you take on more responsibility. For the right person who grows into a key role within the company, there is also potential for long-term profit sharing. What You'll Do This role is built to grow, we'll train you in this order: Assisting: Prep products, steam clothing, assist on photoshoots Product photography: Shooting products according to our guides and standards Color correction: Learning our workflow and standards Quality control: Reviewing finished work from editors and ensuring it meets our standards As you take ownership of each stage, your day rate increases. The long-term goal is for you to eventually run the entire photography department. For someone who demonstrates strong performance, reliability, and the ability to take real ownership of their work, there is potential for the role to develop into a long-term partnership or profit-sharing opportunity.
