The role. The House Supervisor serves as the administrative and clinical authority for the facility during overnight hours, overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient flow, and responding to emergent situations across departments. This role acts as the primary point of contact for operational decision-making when senior leadership is off-site, supporting staff, patients, and interdisciplinary teams throughout the shift.
