Customer Relations Specialist – Local Mobile Pet Grooming (Part time/Full time) Pay: $16–$22/hour Schedule: 4–6 hours/day | 5 days/week Location: Montco West / Montgomery County area, PA If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and being around anything pet‑related, this could be a great fit. We’re a locally owned Zoomin Groomin mobile pet grooming team, and we’re looking for someone dependable to help manage customer communication and support day‑to‑day operations. This is a part‑time/full time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who likes a mix of customer interaction and light behind‑the‑scenes coordination. What You’ll Be Doing Answering calls, texts, and helping schedule appointments Following up with clients after visits and assisting with rebooking Supporting review requests and customer communication Helping with social media posts or local outreach Keeping records updated (appointments, notes, follow‑ups) Occasionally representing the business at local community events or partnerships What We Are Looking For Strong communication skills (friendly, clear, and professional) Organized and able to keep track of details Customer service or admin experience Interest in pets or the pet care industry Comfortable using technology for daily tasks Able to learn and work with a CRM system for scheduling and communication Reliable who can work independently Willing to participate in local events or outreach when needed Positive attitude and good with people About The Role This position supports the day‑to‑day customer experience side of the business. You’ll be helping clients book, stay informed, and feel taken care of. We’re a growing local team, so this role can naturally expand over time for the right person.
