This on-site role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about working with school-age children and are comfortable managing varying caseloads—averaging around 45 students, thanks to a supportive workload model. You will work closely with students ranging from early childhood to adolescence, using your expertise to assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner’s unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active IL Professional Educator License (with SLP endorsement) and IL SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability for working across multiple campuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services rendered
• Travel between assigned school sites as part of itinerant duties
