Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare seeks a remote Project Manager/Scrum Master to drive agile initiatives across BI and data platforms. You will coordinate multiple Scrum teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure delivery of data-driven business outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and deep knowledge of data management are essential. Prior experience with SAFe is preferred, and the role requires excellent cross-functional
