TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Portland, Oregon, 97213!

Job Title: Observation MS/Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Compact license must be in hand at submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience - Charting system experience Description: This position requires floating between units based on skill sets. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend or possibly every weekend. The expected patient ratio is 1:4. This is a short-term acute care facility with a total of 418 staffed beds. Travelers may be asked to float to other units or facilities to meet needs. The daily census in the unit is approximately 20 patients. Candidates must have a vehicle. Providers may be required to use communication devices to perform duties. References are required prior to start. Travelers may be expected to float to nearby facilities. Refusal to float may lead to termination of the assignment. Providers are responsible for their cell phone bill, which must be submitted for reimbursement. All time spent on training modules is included as non-billable hours. Candidates must commit to working three of the five holidays during the contract. All time-off requests must be submitted upfront. Inflexibility may result in termination of the contract.
