Finance (Corporate Debt) - Associate Los Angeles, New York

Alston & Bird's Corporate Debt team in New York and Los Angeles has an immediate need for Finance Associates with experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance transactions including borrower‑side private equity sponsored and non‑sponsored asset‑based and cash‑flow credit facilities. Experience with debt capital market instruments is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions. The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $310,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting.
