What You'll Do
- Use the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care in the NICU setting.
- Assess neonatal patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate families and support staff on neonatal care practices.
- Delegate tasks and supervise ancillary team members effectively.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
What You Need
- Valid Louisiana RN license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
- 2+ years of NICU or Pediatric RN experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
