The Manager for Omnichannel Fulfillment is responsible for driving operational transformation across Latin America through the integration of business intelligence, process excellence, and change management capabilities. The role transforms operational data into actionable insights, identifies opportunities to enhance fulfillment performance, and leverages Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement principles to drive operational excellence. By fostering organizational adoption and promoting effective ways of working, the position enables scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across omnichannel fulfillment operations.RESPONSABILITIESProcess Optimization:Lead initiatives to improve omnichannel fulfillment processes across Latin America, enabling greater efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance service levels, productivity, and execution consistency.Apply Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational performance and drive sustainable business results.Promote best practices in process management and support the adoption of effective ways of working aligned with business objectives across LAM marketsContinuous Improvement & Innovation:Stay informed about emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and industry best practices in data analytics and business process optimization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational capabilities and support evolving business needs.Identify opportunities to leverage analytics, automation, and digital solutions to enhance fulfillment performance and decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, business priorities, and reporting requirements.Translate complex operational data into clear and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.Team Leadership & Development:Lead and mentor team members in analytics, process excellence, and operational improvement initiatives.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership.Support capability development by equipping team members with the tools, methodologies, and knowledge required to drive sustainable improvements.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.Demonstrated change management capabilities, with the ability to drive adoption, influence stakeholders, and sustain improvement initiatives.Experience with SQL, Python, Automation, or related technologies, with a focus on transforming data into meaningful business insights.Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, to drive innovation, simplify processes, and unlock business value.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.Proven leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.Fluent in English and Spanish.
