  • Manage self effectively, balancing priorities and communicating challenges to leadership; optimize working hours to preserve work-life balance.

  • Manage small teams of consultants effectively, providing leadership and direction while monitoring task quality, budget, and timeline; drive effective outcomes and quality deliverables while building community and shared purpose among colleagues.

  • Support business development and company growth through positive client relationships, industry outreach and networking, and support of project proposals via budget and written content development.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties, including interdisciplinary teams, supervisors and delegates, clients, peer professionals, and members of the public.
