Investments Analyst/Associate — Asset Valuation & Deals

Madera Residential is seeking a motivated Analyst/Associate to support the Investments team with financial analysis, underwriting, and market research. You will manage transactions, input data, and prepare reports for investors, while coordinating with lenders, brokers, and insurance professionals. Responsibilities include onsite due diligence, property walks, and preparing materials for equity raises.
