Shift options: 12 Hour shifts (72 hours per pay period). This includes every other weekend. Base pay range: $39.61–$32.99 DOE.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
• Contribute to individualized care planning.
• Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Current Minnesota LPN license.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
