- Creating those #MagicMoments with members in the studio!
- Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile
- Introduce Orangetheorys science-backed workouts to any first-time guest
- Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner
- Giving studio previews, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence
- Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve their #GOALS
- Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person
- Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Maintaining organization through administrative tasks
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
