Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) – Travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Billings, Montana. Start date July 13, 2026 for 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT within a SNF setting
- Implement and progress treatment plans tailored to individual residents, documenting responses and outcomes
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to support independence and safety
- Facilitate therapeutic activities to improve fine motor skills, coordination, cognitive function, and overall functional performance
- Maintain equipment, ensure a safe therapy environment, and participate in care team communications
- Document and communicate resident status, progress, barriers, and needs to the supervising OT

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Montana
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and support the supervision framework with an OT
- Eligible for a travel assignment and able to meet the assignment’s duration and schedule
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
