Position Overview

We’re seeking a data-driven Analyst to support national promotions and inventory planning within a large-scale supply chain environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are available at the right time, while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports large-scale promotional execution and operational performance. You’ll gain exposure to complex supply chain operations and collaborate with multiple business units in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of national promotions, product launches, and transitions
• Analyze inventory across the full supply chain (suppliers, distribution centers, and end locations) to ensure product availability
• Monitor forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to prevent shortages or overages
• Coordinate with suppliers and distribution partners to manage product flow and resolve supply issues
• Track promotional timelines, inventory depletion, and performance metrics
• Prepare reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders on inventory risks and supply status
• Assist in managing excess inventory, including transfers and cost considerations
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on upcoming promotional activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, or related analytical role
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
