Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information Inputs maintenance requests into system Updates resident roster and spreadsheets Work with team to field phone calls and inquiries Organize transportation requests for residents Send appropriate emails to departments Greets and directs visitors to the community Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Resolving customer questions and concerns Qualifications: MUST have computer knowledge.
