Job Details

The Role:
We are seeking a Litigation Assistant to support our attorneys with a blend of litigation-related and administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is detail-oriented, and can balance deadlines with ongoing administrative needs.

Job Duties

• Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation support
• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Manage and organize case files (both electronic and physical)
• Perform e-filing and assist with court-related deadlines
• Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred
