About the Role: As a Cocktail Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by efficiently serving beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to take orders, serve cocktails and other drinks promptly, and maintain a clean and organized service area. You will interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns to enhance their overall visit. Minimum Qualifications: Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States. Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent). Experience working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Take accurate drink orders and deliver beverages promptly and safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and tables. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally and efficiently. Process payments and manage cash or electronic transactions accurately.
