Urgent Care PA/NP: Flexible Shifts, No After-Hours

NextCare is seeking a Full‑Time clinician for our Tucson, AZ Swan Rd location. This role offers a fast-paced urgent care environment with autonomy, strong community impact, and a schedule designed for more days off than workdays. Qualifying clinicians hold an Arizona license, board certification or eligibility, an active DEA, BLS, EHR proficiency, and are willing to work weekends/holidays.
