Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy. This role serves as a key contributor to recruiting operations, onboarding, HRIS optimization, and workforce planning initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes in a regulated healthcare environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also play an integral role in advancing Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, improve recruitment workflows, and reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination. Knowledge of Recruitment Trends, Market Data, and Sourcing Strategies. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, position requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate qualifications. Ensure recruitment activities align with approved job descriptions, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding & Compliance Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of all required documentation, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and applicable federal and state employment regulations. Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records within the HRIS. HRIS, ATS & Technology Support Serve as the functional administrator for recruiting within ADP HRIS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other Applicant Tracking Systems. Support recruiting system enhancements, workflow improvements, integrations, and data integrity initiatives. Participate in HR technology projects focused on recruiting automation and process optimization. Assist with system testing, user training, and documentation for recruiting-related enhancements. Reporting & Process Improvement Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes. Prepare routine and ad hoc recruiting reports for HR leadership. Recommend process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Support workforce planning initiatives and hiring forecasts. Collaboration & Communication Serve as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, and external recruiting vendors. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, hiring timelines, and compliance requirements. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all candidate and employee interactions. Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting Strong knowledge of ADP HRIS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other applicant tracking systems Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment Skills/Competencies Recruiting experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or highly regulated environments. Advanced experience with HRIS recruiting modules and system integrations Experience supporting HRIS or ATS implementation or optimization projects Education/Certifications/License Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required). SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification (preferred).

SALARY RANGE: $86,000.00 - $95,000.00
