As an Office Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, providing essential services to clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Job Title: Office Receptionist

Location: Marquette, Michigan

Pay Range: $16.00 per Hour Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday position (Friday hours are 9-2pm)

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar effectively.
• Handle general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.

What's Needed?

• Must be reliable and presentable, reflecting the professionalism of the office.
• Confidentiality is a must; experience in handling sensitive information is preferred.
• A criminal background check is required for this position.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (with Friday hours from 9 AM to 2 PM).
• This is a temp-to-perm position.
