Quick Facts: Location: Victorville, CA (12370 Hesperia Road) Start Date: 06/01/2026 End Date/Duration: 3-6 months Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract, locums to perm option Licensure/Certs: Must be licensed in CA or IMLC Experience: Prior primary care experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43 Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and lodging reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide primary care services to adult and geriatric patients Conduct Pap smears, cryotherapy, punch biopsies, and simple wound care Perform joint injections and toenail removal as needed Prescribe medications, including birth control Work collaboratively within a team of 2 physicians and 2.5 APPs Manage a patient volume of approximately 15-18 patients daily Use NextGen EMR system for documenting patient encounters Support the clinic's mission of delivering quality, compassionate care What You Need: Valid CA medical license or IMLC eligibility Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum of 2+ years outpatient primary care experience Strong procedural skills, including pap smear, cryotherapy, wound care, and injections Excellent communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment: This assignment is at a reputable facility serving adult and geriatric populations.
