Retail Store Manager: Lead Sales & Customer Experience

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales and operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach the sales team, manage payroll, recruit and train staff, and ensure product displays and inventory are optimized across accounts. The role emphasizes promoting the Music & Arts lesson program, supporting teachers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
