What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and production sheets

• Assist with food preparation, ordering, storage, and inventory

• Prepare desserts, salads, beverages, and nourishments

• Portion meals accurately while following dietary requirements

• Help maintain meal schedules and tray line service

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready

• Work alongside a supportive dietary team dedicated to exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

✔ High school diploma or equivalent

✔ Previous experience in a large-scale kitchen or healthcare setting preferred

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong attention to food safety and sanitation

✔ Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
